Are you seriously considering that house? It's gorgeous! You don't need kids right away to make five bedrooms work. Mutti has 5 bedrooms too... you could have an office for him, an office for you, a library, a guest room, a cigar room, a tv room, or you could put a pole and/or swing in one and have a sex room... The possibilities are endless =)
Hahahahahahahah!!! I love that you guys think that we could POSSIBLY afford that house. Not a chance in hell! I just love Sarah Richardson, who is a designer on HGTV. She does a show called Sarah's House, where she buys a slightly rundown house and makes it amazing. They don't give you much detail about where the house is on the show, but I've managed to track it down on MLS.
On another note, I love that both of you immediately thought of putting in a sex room ('cause Mar is thinking it, even though she didn't say it). Are you sure you haven't met? *lol*
